Reyes, for the operation of As-Built: Two (2)-Storey Garments Manufacturing Building located at Lot 16-C-1, (No. 02) Villa Beatriz Street, Barangay Matandang Balara, District III, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
