Eugenio, located at lot 2-C-1, PSD-33895; Masay Corner Susana Streets, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner, with office address at PM 4 4/F, Filipina BLDG., 484 Quirino Highway, Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City, Metro Manila, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-36, S-93 and PD957.
