Annang with office address at No. 839 EDSA, Barangay South Triangle Quezon City, subject for compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No.957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium buyer's Protective Decree, and for Compliance with the Provisions of Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016 or the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
