Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of an Economic Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with six (6) lots, containing an area of two hundred eighty-nine (289) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-161793 and N-161794 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, and located at lots 2 and 3, Block 1 (LRC) PSD-13-013606, Litex Road, Villa Gracias Homes I, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Rosmil Realty and Development Corporation, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
