Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with twenty-four (24) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand one hundred forty (1,140) sq. m., covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-49906 of registry deeds of Quezon City, owned by Mr. Rodolfo P Lejano, Jr. (Vendor), and located at lot 7, Block 21, PCS -2874, Kagawad St., Dolor Estate, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Exoville Homeowners Association, Inc.Phase IV (Vendee), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
