A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Chandler Phils, Inc., as represented by Jacqueline S. Ong, for As-Built: 4-Storey Mixed-Use Building with Basement Parking, Mezzanine and Roof Deck (Repair of Vehicles/Retail & Wholesale of Auto Spare Parts) located at Lot 7-A, Block 263, (No. 86) Dapitan Street, Barangay Sto. Domingo (Matalahib), District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
