Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with vertical component of lots no.25 and 27, block 3, PSD- 12863 (Casa Monte Espanol) covered by TCT nos.105315 and 105316 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, containing an area of one thousand twenty (1,020) square meters located at no. 65 Monte De Piedad St. cor. e. Rodriguez Sr. avenue, Barangay immaculate Concepcion, Cubao, Quezon city, as applied for by Gold land properties and development corporation represented by Mr. Jonathan Carillo of 1904 galleria corporate center, Edsa corner Ortigas avenue , Quezon city, in conformity with the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Quezon city ordinance no.NC-56, S-92 and PD 957.
