Abstract

An ordinance allowing the disposition of the remaining disposable portion of a parcel of land located along Batino and Palosapis Streets, Barangay Amihan, Quezon City, identified as Lot 2-C, PSD, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 77540, registered under the name of Quezon City Government, containing an area of more or less Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five Square Meters and Eighty Square Decimeters (3,865.80) in favor of the qualified on-site Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
