An ordinance granting amusement tax exemption to the Philippine National Red Cross, Manila Chapter, for the back to back concert of River Maya and the Eraserheads to be shown on March 2 and 26, 1996 at the Kampo, West Avenue, Quezon City, as provided for under Section 192 of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
