Belmonte, to acquire, through negotiated purchase or other legal means, parcels of land, identified as Lots 594-G-3-B-2, 594-G-3-B-3, and 594-G-3-B-5 and Block PSD-77003, registered in the names of /spouses Eliseo and Corazon C. Purificacion, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 52605, 81346, and RT-102556 (197739) with a total aggregate area of 7,713 square meters, more or less, located in Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, District V, Quezon City, for use as a school site, Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRNC) and Task Force Steetlight Warehouse, and/or other Socio-Civi Infrastructure purposes
