Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner Matimyas Street, Barangay Don Manuel Galas, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)" by changing the business address to Unit 1-2 DMWAI Building, No. 306 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Barangay Don Manuel, District IV, Quezon City
