Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2023000034, registered under the name of Mega East Properties, Inc., with an aggregate area of twenty-two thousand nine (22,009) square meters, more or less, located at Lower Sampaguita Extension, Payatas A, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of Quezon City's informal settler families (ISFs).
