Abstract
Last July 13, 2016, the QC Public Library Organizing Team of Technical Services Section headed
by Ms. Mariza G. Chico together with Ms. Manica M. Cortes, Ms. Dolores L. Posadas, Mr. Paulo
Dominik Daulat, Mr. Homer Pilar, Mr. Raul Lapuz and Mr. Anthony Merino organized and ar ranged the St. Vincent Community Library located at the 2nd Floor of San Isidro Labrador Chapel
in Upper Banlat, Q.C. The said community library was established through the efforts of priests
and seminarians of Santuario de San Vicente de Paul courtesy of Fr. Rolando A. Tuazon, CM to
address the literacy problem in the area. Fr. Tuazon hopes and pray that this library will not only
be as part of the Adopt-A-Library Program of QC Public Library but as one of its branch libraries in
order to be sustainable, in which the Library Management is looking forward to.
