Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-198785, registered under the name of Habakkuk Realty Corporation, represented by its President William G. Dee, with an area of 412 square meters, more or less, and located in Sitio Taniman, Barangay Batasan Hills, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Informal Settler Families (ISFs) in Quezon City.
