Abstract

Prohibiting any member of the Quezon City Police Department from conducting inspection or investigation for purposes of enforcing the rules and regulations relative to sanitation inspecting license and permits and/or enforcing internal revenue and customs laws and regulations expect under certain conditions and providing penalties for violation thereof.
