An Ordinance naming the existing unnamed road located in Barangay San Jose, District 1 Quezon City, perpendicular to Tendido and Tinagan streets to Brigido Velaso street in recognition of the services rendered by the late punong barangay Brigido Velasco to the community and constituency of Barangay San Jose.
