An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., to expropriate Lot No. 644-A-7-D, PSD-32233 covered by TCT No. 61967 (112582) located in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, owned by Mr. Mariano Tiong, for the eventual sale to Qualified and Bonafide Tenants/Occupants therein, thru the Community Mortgage Program.
