Abstract

An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Sipag Ville Phase II Homeowners Association, Inc., with one hundred ninety eight (198) lots Community Mortgage Program (CMP) registered in the name of Felicitas S. Silayan married to Florentino Silayan covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-194164 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing a Project Gross Area of six thousand eight hundred forty eight (6,848) square meters and located at lot 797-B-1-D, PSD-20434, Purok 4, Luzon Avenue, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by its HOA President, Ms. Emmalinda Macabit Cubay, with office address at the same project location, as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
