Declaring a certain portion of San Pedro Bautista Street in San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City as a "one-way traffic" street on Sundays only, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and providing penalties for violations thereof.
