Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Windsor Residences a four (4) storey townhouse with fifteen (15) units, located at lots 1 and 2, block 240, BMA Avenue, Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of AGS Fortune Nets Groups, Inc. and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-338977 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of two thousand one hundred thirty nine square meters and eighty decimeters (2,139.80) as represented by Mr. Virgilio Torres with office address at No. 42 Sto. Domingo Street, Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing of Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
