Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception for Land Use and Parking Space to Gerroz Purple Holding Corp., as represented by Maria Elena R. Da Silva, for the construction and operation of a Proposed 6-Storey Industrial (Manufacturing) Building with Roof Deck located at Lots 7 and 11, Block 524, (No. 18) Tuayan Street corner Kaliraya Street, Barangay Tatalon, District IV, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2018003706 and 004-2018003707, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, as amended, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
