Dullano, for as-built four (4)-storey manufacturing building with roof deck and one (1)-storey office building (Manufacturer of Headwear) located at Lot 2, Block 138, (No. 169) West Riverside Street, Barangay San Antonio, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
