A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Adarna House, Inc./Asa Victoria Almario Montenejo for a 3-Storey Commercial Building and 3-Storey Office Building with Lower Ground Floor and Roof Deck (As Built) located at Lot 24, Block S-42, (No. 109) Scout Fernandez corner Scout Torillo Street, Barangay Sacred Heart, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
