Ordinance reverting to the general fund of the City the amount of one hundred thousand pesos out of the 1988 capital outlay appropriations of the Office of the City Secretary for furniture and equipment, and re-appropriating the same amount for the purchase of one (1) service vehicle (jeep) for the use of said Office.
