Approving supplemental budget no.6 under the general fund involving the sum of seventeen million four hundred sixty-four thousand nine hundred thirty-eight pesos (17,464,938.00) and supplemental budget no.5 under the infrastructure fund involving the sum of two million six hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred eighty-five pesos (2,615,785.00) to cover the various expenses of the city government; and providing the necessary funds therefor
