Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential Housing project (BP BLG. 220) with 16 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of four hundred fifty-nine (459) square meters covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-200549 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Kaakibat ng Kabalikat I & II homeowners association, Inc., located at lot 20-I (LRC) PSD-16526, 199 upper Banlat Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for for by latter, Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon city ordinance no. SP-56, S-93and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
