Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with sixty (60) lots; Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of two thousand seven hundred sixty-four square meters and fifty square decimeters (2,764.50 SQ.M.) covered by transfer certificate of title no. N-220878 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City and located at lot 86-B-2, PSD-00-054695, Sarmiento St., Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by Christian-Muslim Neighborhood Homeowners Association, Inc. Phase II (Carandang Property), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
