Abstract

A resolution authorizing the acquisition by Quezon City thru negotiated sale of several pieces of real properties described as Lot 351-B-2-B-2-A, Lot 351-B-2-B-2-C of TCT No. 306137, consisting of one thousand one hundred thirty one square meters (1,131 sq.m.), more or less, for purposes of widening Bahay Toro Road (Road 20) and connect the same to Parinas Road and the other inner streets in the area as indicated in the sketch/plan attached which is made an integral part of this resolution, all located in Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City.
