Abstract
An ordinance authorizing the City Government to undertake expropriation proceedings over a parcel of land situated at No. 42 Kapiligan Street, Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City, consisting of thirty (30) square meters in length and one (1) meter in width, to be exclusively used as a permanent "access road" by the residents thereof.
