Abstract
An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Kathleen Place 3, a thirty (30) unit/three (3) storey townhouse, located at lot 3-B-6 Ermin Garcia Street, Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Simplicio R. Yutero, Jr. and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-94928 (373801) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of two thousand five hundred (2,500.00) square meters as represented by Timothy Jay V. Bathan with office address at block 7, lots 2, 3 and 4, Faith Street, Saint Catherine Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
