A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Super-Aire Refrigeration & Contractors, Inc./Marvin Go for the operation of a Three (3)-Storey Commercial Building with Warehouse and Staff Quarters (As Built) located at Lots 4-A-1, 4-A-2, St. Francis Street, Barangay Immaculate Concepcion, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
