Abstract
An Ordinance providing fuel subsidy to all Tricycles-for-hire with an existing valid franchise issued by the Quezon City Government due to unprecedented increase of fuel prices, providing funds therefor and for other purposes, subject to existing auditing and accounting rules and regulations.
