Abstract

An ordinance ratifying the contract of lease entered into by and between the Quezon City Government, represented by the honorable mayor Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., as Lessro and loyola heghts community development foundation, represented by its chairman, atty. Roman Mabanta Jr., as Lesee, whereby the property (Park 8), located at barangay loyola heights, District III Quezon City, owned by the owner with an area of four thousand seven hundred eighty seven square meters and eighty square decimeters (4,787.08 SQ.M) is Leased to the latter under the terms and conditions specified therein.
