Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2016013087 registered under the name of Ma. Lorna Bautista married to Ruben Bautista with an area of 7,682 square meters, more or less, located at Maрауара Brookside Extension, Barangay Bagong Silangan, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
