Abstract

A Resolution Amending Quezon City Resolution No. SP-9566, S2024 entitled "A Resolution authorizing the City to Lease-Out a Portion of the Ground Floor and Second Floor of the City Treasurer's Office Annex Building located at inside the Quezon City Hall Complex, Elliptical Road, Quezon City, consisting of 204.61 square meters for the second floor, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-30112 (258840) under the name of the Quezon City Government to the Land Bank of the Philippines for the purpose of operating its branch office, in the amount of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (Php 185,973.46) a month with an escalation 3% per annum, and further authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to finalize the terms thereof, as well as to sign the lease of Agreement and any other document pertinent "thereto" by changing the amount of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (PHp185,973.46) to One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (Php175,972.46) on its title, and on its third whereas clause
