Abstract

An ordinance establishing the Quezon City scholarship program for specialized courses for deserving students who are residents of the city and appropriating an amount of One Hundred Million Pesos (PHP100,000,000.00) as scholarship fund to be taken from the miscellaneous fund collected by the city treasurer which shall be included every year thereafter in the city general appropriation.
