Abstract

A resolution strongly supporting Executive Order No. 41 dated September 25, 2023 prohibiting the collection of Pass-Through Fees on National Roads and urging Local Government Units to suspend the collection of any fees upon all types of vehicles transporting goods under Sections 153 and 155 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
