Abstract
An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan with Two Hundred Twelve (212) lots containing an aggregate area of Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty Three (35,643.00) square meters, covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-8246, N-156412 and N-156414 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of spouses Luis P. Vera and Leonida L. Vera located at Sauyo Road, Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957 otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
