Abstract

An ordinance approving a Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with sixteen (16) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five hundred eighty-nine (589) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 237470 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at Lot 735-M-4, PSD-00-053038, Kabagong Tauhan Street, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Magkakapit-bahay ng Kabagong Tauhan HOA, Inc. (Bilangel Property), Represented by its President, Mr. Ariel A. Roa, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
