Abstract
In celebration of the Seventy-Third (73rd) Anniversary of the establishment of Quezon City Public Library, as well as the celebration of “Buwan ng Wika” and President Manuel L. Quezon's 143rd birthday, the Readers’ Services Division (RSD) launched a “Balagtasan” contest with the theme: "The New Normal in the Library."
