Abstract
An Ordinance establishing a memorial to be known as 'Dangal ng Mga Kagawad' to serve as a lasting memorial to the Barangay Kagawads of Quezon City who died during their term of office and to Barangay Kagawads who died after having served for three terms with distinction and appropriating funds therefor.
