Seminar in Preparation for the ISO

Abstract

In line with the City Government’s thrust to provide better and more efficient service to QC residents, the Quezon City Public Library in coordination/partnership with our own Human Resource Management Department (formerly City Personnel Office) , conducted a seminar to our employees on August 26, 2016 with the theme ―Empowering QC Library Personnel to Deliver Effective and Efficient Services‖ held at the Main Library Building – Reference Area from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
