An ordinance imposing a fee of fifty centavos (P0.50) a month to every owner of home or private dwelling and two pesos (P2.00) a month to every owner or operator of stores, bars, carinderias, restaurants, refreshment parlors, soft drinks stands or any commercial or industrial establishments in Quezon City for garbage collection.
