An ordinance providing for the temporary closure of Tomas Morato Avenue, from Scout Albano to Scout Borromeo, Quezon City, from 4:00 P.M. of October 26, 2001, Through 2:00 A.M. of October 27, 2001, in observance of the 62nd founding anniversary of Quezon City.
