Abstract

An ordinance regulating the indiscriminate over the counter selling and dispensing of subscriber information module (SIM) pack cards as a system of telecommunication by cellular phone companies and their duty authorized outlets within the geographic limits of Quezon City, providing penalties for violation thereof, and urging the telecommunications commission to immediately provide for the necessary rules and regulations in order to regulate, control and monitor the operation of such telecommunication system.
