Ordinance authorizing the increase in salary of the City Auditor from P3,600.00 to P4,560.00 per annum and the creation of one position of clerk in his office with compensation at the rate of P1,440.00 per annum, and appropriating the necessary amount therefor out of the unappropriated funds of the City.
