Abstract
An ordinance allocating the sum of four million eight hundred sixty seven thousand two hundred pesos (P4,867,200.00) to defray the expenses for the payment of just compensation for the taking of a real property covered by TCT No. 153603 of the Register of Deeds for Quezon City consisting of one thousand eight hundred seventy two (1,872) square meters more, or less, registered and declared for taxation purposes in the name of Veronica Deropa taken by the Quezon City Government for the extension and improvement of General Avenue, and Road 20, a public purpose, located at Barangay Bahay Toro, District 1, Quezon City.
