An ordinance mandating the provision of information, education and communication materials on Reproductive Health and on the Prevention and control of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) in Public Secondary Schools in Quezon City, and appropriating funds therefor.
