Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a two-storey townhouse project with five (5) units, containing an area of four hundred (400) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-193731 of registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Anloy Trading Corp., and located at lot 6, block 6 (LRC) PSD-14259, No. 11 San Antonio De Padua St., Villa Sabina, Barangay Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
