Abstract

A resolution amending the rules of the City Council so as to provide that if a proposed legislative measure has been included in the agenda of a committee for three times and that such measure has not been acted upon by the committee for one reason or another, except the non-appearance of the author, the same shall be considered as approved by the committee concerned.
